There are two ways, we can deliver your frozen food items to you:

Option 1: standard- with out the special packaging. Frozen packs would be delivered at the ambient temperature. There’s no extra charge for that. You just need to put these items in the freezer as soon as you receive them. With option 1, the frozen goods shall be dispatched along with your other items, in the same box as the dry items.

Option 2: frozen delivery with special insulated packaging. We can also send you your order with ice, under frozen conditon. Please send us an email with your specific request to ask for an offer.
