Making Gulab Jamuns
1. Add ¼ measure of water to 1 measure of mix and knead gently into a dough. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Make small balls and fry on low heat in oil or ghee till golden brown.
3. Soak the Gulab Jamuns in hot sugar syrup. Serve hot.
