Rava Dosa is a derivative of the regular Dosa and is like a crisp wheat-cream pancake made from Rava or Sooji. Whole jeera, grated ginger, onions and fresh coriander leaves are traditionally added to this dish.
Making Rava Dosa
1. Add 1½ measure of water and 1½ measure of curd to 1 measure of MTR Rava Dosa Mix.
2. Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and onions. Stir into a smooth batter and keep aside for 5 minutes.
3. Grease the pan with oil, spread the batter into a thin Dosa and fry till golden brown (adding ghee). Serve hot.
